Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address that we have on file once your purchase has been completed. In this e-mail, you will also find your order number, which acts as an invoice.

It takes up to two business days for us to process your order. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.

Malaysia & Brunei: 5-14 working days

Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): 4-15 working days

Australia, Japan, New Zealand & rest of the world: 5-18 working days

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. W8RLD cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.

Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DHL, ARAMEX, UPS, FedEx, TNT or DPD.
