Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, W8RLD does not facilitate direct exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they are one-for-one pieces, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you. If your order arrived in a flawed condition, please contact us momo@w8rld.online.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancelling or modifying your order is possible as long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. Please contact our customer service e-mail with your order number found on the invoice.
How do I know the item will fit me?
Sizes may vary by designers, as international sizes are slightly different when converted and some designers fit larger or smaller than others. That's why we provide specific information for each item. To find this information, go to the product page and view the Dimensions tab.
Can I reserve a product to buy later?
In order to provide our customers with a fair chance to shop our most sought-after styles and due to the limited availability of our items, reservations are not available.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders will be carefully packaged in a protective W8RLD parcel. If there are any protection boxes, dust bags or cases provided by the designer, they will also be included.
